At OrangeKart, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent shopping experience. However, in the event of any concerns, disputes or grievances, we have put in place a structured redressal mechanism to resolve issues in a fair and timely manner.

Concern and Dispute

Kindly raise the concern to us if any over email or over Phone or via contact us page on our platform. We will endeavour to resolve the complaint within 24hrs.

Grievance Redressal

In case the complaint is not resolved within 24 hrs, you are requested to send us an escalation email at reach@orangekart.co.in. We will ensure that post escalation, we shall certainly provide you an escalation within 48hrs.

Legal Proceedings

In case you remain dissatisfied with the resolution provided, the disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Punjab.
