Return & Refund Policy
At Orangkart, we are dedicated to delivering a transparent, dependable, and customer-focused shopping experience. To promote customer satisfaction and ensure product authenticity, we offer both Courier Delivery and Open Box Delivery services for eligible orders.
Open Box Delivery
Under our Open Box Delivery service, the delivery representative will open the package in your presence at the time of delivery, allowing you to inspect the product and verify that it is accurate, complete and free from any visible damage or defects.
Once the product has been inspected and accepted by you, the order will be deemed successfully delivered. By accepting the delivery, you confirm that the product received is in satisfactory condition, corresponds to the order placed and does not have any visible defects, damages or missing components. Consequently, return, replacement or exchange requests will not be accepted after delivery has been acknowledged.
Exceptions may be considered only in rare circumstances where the product is subsequently found to be defective or non-functional despite passing the initial physical inspection during delivery. Any such claim shall be subject to verification by the respective brand, manufacturer, seller or reseller and will be reviewed solely at the discretion of Orangkart.
Customers must report any issue relating to a defective or non-functional product within 24 hours of delivery. If the claim is approved after verification, the applicable refund will be processed within two (2) working days from the date of approval. Orangkart reserves the exclusive right to determine the eligibility of any return, replacement or refund request and its decision shall be final and binding.
Customers are advised to carefully review product specifications before placing an order and to thoroughly inspect the product at the time of Open Box Delivery. This process helps ensure transparency, minimizes misuse of return facilities and enhances the overall shopping experience.
Courier Delivery Orders
For products delivered through standard courier services, customers may submit a return request within three (3) days from the date of delivery, provided that the item is unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging together with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards and accompanying documentation, as applicable.
Upon approval of the return request, arrangements will be made to collect the product. After the returned item is received and successfully inspected by Orangkart, the refund process will be initiated within two (2) working days, subject to verification and final approval of the return.
