As a multi-vendor platform, shipping and delivery are managed by the individual Vendors who list products on Orangekart. This policy outlines the general framework for shipping on our marketplace.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

  • Vendor Choice: Each Vendor selects their preferred shipping carriers (e.g., local postal services) and methods (Standard or Express).
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees will be borne by us subject to minimum order amount.

Processing and Dispatch Time

  • Processing Time: This is the time it takes the Vendor to prepare your order for shipment. Typically, this is 2 business days.
  • Dispatch: Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from Orangekart with delivery details.

Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery is generally same day delivery and usually open box.
  • International Shipping: We are not doing international shipping presently.

Multiple Orders

If you order items from multiple Vendors, you will receive separate shipments and tracking numbers for each Vendor’s package.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Contact Vendor: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, you must contact the Vendor directly immediately.
  • Our Support: If the Vendor is unresponsive, please contact Orangekart Customer Support and we will intervene to help resolve the issue.
